I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Figuora and his staff. Great communication, excellent treatment, and care of our dog that was diagnosed with heartworms. Our dog has been on Heartgard forever and still contracted them. So, test your animals regularly. I highly recommend Allendale.
The entire staff at this animal hospital and pet clinic is beyond friendly and extremely professional. I’ve recommended all of my family and friends to take their pets here, and they, too, had an exceptional experience. I know when I go there, I will not only receive great service, but also an honest and genuine plan of care for my girls, Nala and Chloe. I never feel like that they are just trying to ‘dig into my pockets’ and make money off of my sick animals, their opinions are ones that I truly trust! Bottom line is: go there, you will not be disappointed!
Had a lovely first visit at Allendale. Our girls loved Hector! I feel like we made a good choice coming here. Jadhi was very helpful and sweet with our dogs! Their first visit was during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and they came out to the car to pick them up… my dogs went in tails wagging and came out all smiles and wags, too. I trust my pups’ response, they acted like they had a great experience. Next time, I hope to meet the vet. Thanks, Allendale!
I again (I’m a 20-year client) just had the best experience at Allendale Animal Health Center with Dr. Figueroa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Figueroa was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate with my Matilda Diaz. The care and attention my furry received was top-notch. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for exceptional care for their beloved pets! 5 stars and paws up!
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I have 3 Boxers who are all getting up there in years, and all have issues. The staff at Allendale are compassionate and caring, and have taken care of my babies like I would take care of them myself. Dr. Figueroa gives you the bottom line when it comes to your pet’s health and then gives you choices about their care. I feel like my pets are cared for as the wonderful individuals they are, and I am so very grateful for all that Allendale has done for them.
I have brought my dogs to Allendale since 2008, they are down to earth professional doctors & workers who love animals. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

Dr. Jose Figueroa and his staff are very professional and care passionately about what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the way they treat me and my French Bulldog. At Allendale, I feel comfortable in the knowledgeable care they provide for my dog. And such a warm and friendly staff—I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Figueroa and his staff have been taking care of my Simba since I moved to Florida in 2016, and I now have a 1-year-old Yorkie that has been his patient since she was 8 weeks old. He is very diligent and caring. I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of my babies!
From the receptionist to the doctor, these people are awesome!! Everyone is friendly and professional, and the doctor takes his time to explain to me everything I need to know and answers all my questions. They never rushed any answer and were really detailed on every question I had. This is definitely the place to go. I will never trust my babies with anyone else.
I recently got a new puppy, and after just 4 days, I noticed she was having trouble eating her wet and dry food mix. I brought Zoey here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The front desk assistant, nurse, and doctor were all incredibly friendly and informative. They took outstanding care of my little one and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I’m grateful for their expertise and kindness during this time. Highly recommend!
